Your payment clears when your order is completed online and your shipping details will be obtained from PayPal.

Below is the standard process to complete an order using PayPal.

1. Checkout
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal site and prompted to login and complete payment. Freight is not included in the total at this point.
3. You will be returned to pasalnepal to select freight, freight insurance and finalise your order.
4. Once finalized, payment is automatically completed between PayPal and pasalnepal. You will receive your regular order confirmation email from us as well as PayPal with transaction details. You should also see the transaction on your PayPal account when logged in.

Initial payments for all orders must be completed via the checkout. If you adjust your order and additional payments are manually processed. Please do not pay for orders by selecting an alternative payment method and manually sending money as your payment may be refunded and processing of your order delayed.
